What We Do: Isotope Production

Purist is developing a novel production mechanism that will continuously produce and concentrate radioisotopes with high purity at underutilized smaller scale reactors, otherwise not capable of producing medical grade radioisotopes.

Purist’s technology is based on a U.S. patent No. 10,804,000 titled: "High Efficiency Continuous-FLOW Production of Radioisotopes.

Why We Do It: Isotope Supply Challenges

Medical radioisotopes are time-sensitive radioactive ingredients used to diagnose and treat life-threatening diseases such as cancer. In recent years, these ingredients' availability has become a source of concern, and shortages have been experienced due to dependence on a limited number of aging production facilities worldwide. How do we overcome this concern?

What This Means For You: Overcoming Supply Constraints

Purist will complement existing production facilities' efforts to serve the growing demand of the medical radioisotope market, increase domestic radioisotope production capabilities, and work towards ensuring no medical procedure is compromised due to radioisotope supply constraints. Why would medical procedures be compromised by a lack of domestic producers ?
