She pivoted to strategic advisory, leveraging 14 years of isotope technology development and deep expertise across the full commercialization landscape.

Background & Expertise: Leila holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and is the lead inventor of a patented isotope production technology. She has secured competitive funding from the NIH (SBIR grant) and DOE to advance her work in isotope production for medical applications.

Leila was recognized on the Forbes Next 1000 list for her innovation in nuclear technology and radiopharmaceutical commercialization. Leila was selected as a top deep-tech innovator through Oak Ridge National Laboratory's Innovation Crossroads program, where she collaborated with top national lab scientists to advance her patented isotope production technology. She has authored strategic market analysis reports on radiopharmaceutical isotope supply and served as a strategic advisor on orchestration platforms enabling seamless radiopharmaceutical workflows from manufacturing to patient care.

Mission: Leila is committed to helping radiopharmaceutical companies de-risk their path from technology development to successful market entry.
